Your data
- Where your data lives
- Files and measurements are stored on Google Cloud (mostly us-central1, United States). The site is served by Vercel.
- Who can see it
- Only your workspace. Catalog data and sandbox activity are not shown to other owners and are not used to train models. We share with the providers that host and run Echora, and when the law requires it.
- How long we keep it
- Account and catalog data while your account is active, and as long as credits and payments that depend on them need settling. Imported contacts until you ask us to delete them or close your account.
