Terms of service
Last updated 6 October 2026
The service
Echora provides tools for rights holders and creators to register works, generate AI music, pictures and video, and measure how those results draw on registered works so that credit and payment can follow. By creating an account or using echora.ai you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what is done under your account and for the accuracy of the ownership information you register.
- Sandbox accounts are for testing. Actions in a sandbox do not affect production data or payments.
Your content
You keep every right you hold in the works you upload. You give Echora the permission it needs to store, analyze and display them inside the service for the purposes you use it for. Catalog data is kept to your workspace and is not used to train models. Only works that have been cleared for AI use take part in generation.
Acceptable use
Do not use Echora to infringe anyone's rights, to generate unlawful or harmful material, to misrepresent who made or owns a work, or to interfere with the service or other users.
Measurements and payments
Attribution scores are measurements made by Echora's method and are provided to inform credit and payment. Where a payment depends on a measurement, it is made under the agreement between Echora and the rights holder concerned.
Changes and ending the service
Echora may change or end features with reasonable notice. You can close your account at any time. When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
