Privacy policy

Who we are

Echora measures how AI-generated music, pictures and video draw on the works in a rights holder's catalog, so that the people who made those works can be credited and paid. This policy explains what personal information Echora collects on echora.ai and in its connected services, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

How we use Google and Microsoft contact data

Contacts are read only after you give permission on the Google or Microsoft consent screen. Echora uses them for one purpose: to suggest collaborators who are already on Echora so you can invite or connect with them. Echora does not use contact data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train models. You can disconnect Gmail or Outlook at any time from your settings, and Echora then deletes the imported contacts.

Echora's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Why we use your information

Who we share it with

Echora shares personal information only with the service providers that host and run the platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, AI model providers that process your prompts) and only as needed to provide the service. Catalog data and sandbox activity are kept to your workspace and are not used to train models. We disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and catalog data are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to settle credits and payments that depend on them. Imported contacts are kept until you disconnect the account they came from or close your Echora account. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information Echora holds about you, and you can disconnect any linked account. Write to hello@echora.ai and we will respond.
